Mick grew up outside of Skaneateles, New York, where he spent his formative years immersed in the arts. He grew up loving Golden Age movie musicals, writing plays, and involving himself in the music and drama departments in school. This passion for both music and musicals steered him toward the stage from a young age.
Mick fell in love with acting after playing Andy Lee in 42nd Street his junior year of high school. It was his first time performing in a musical after spending most of his high school career playing in pit orchestras. This life-changing experience gave him the confidence he needed to pursue acting as a career.
He attended SUNY Geneseo where he majored in Musical Theatre. After graduating in May 2020, he moved to New York City where he fell into voice acting. Since then, he has studied extensively and utilized his background in stage acting and singing to hone his skills.
Mick can currently be heard on the podcast Storybook Audio Adventures, where he appears as a series regular.
